Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how S3Orbit LLC ("S3Orbit," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the DinoDeals platform and related websites, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Who this policy covers
DinoDeals serves two audiences: restaurant businesses that claim a venue and publish deals, and diners who browse and search for those deals. This policy applies to both.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Business information — when a business owner claims a venue, we collect details such as business name, address, and contact information.
- Content you submit — deals, menu information, and images you upload (for example, a menu or flyer photo).
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or other inquiries.
Information collected automatically
- Location — approximate or precise location (with your permission) so diners can find deals nearby.
- Device and usage data — such as device type, app version, and how you interact with the Services, used to operate and improve them.
Information from connected point-of-sale (POS) systems
When a business owner connects a POS provider (such as Square, Clover, or Toast), we access menu and catalog data (for example, item names, descriptions, categories, and prices) so the owner can build deals from their existing menu.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Let businesses create, manage, and publish deals — including importing menu items from a connected POS, an uploaded flyer, or a spreadsheet.
- Help diners discover relevant deals near them.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- Protect the security and integrity of the Services and comply with legal obligations.
4. Automated processing of uploaded content
To reduce manual data entry, images you upload (such as menus or flyers) may be processed using automated and third-party artificial-intelligence services to extract text and menu items. We use this processing only to provide the feature you requested.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure and provide processing services under agreements that require them to protect your information.
- POS providers — we exchange information with a POS provider you choose to connect, to authenticate and import your menu data.
- Public deal information — deals a business publishes are, by design, shown to diners through the Services.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or S3Orbit.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you disconnect a POS integration, the associated access tokens are removed and menu items stop syncing.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access, update, or correct your account information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
- Disconnect a POS integration at any time from your business settings.
- Control device location permissions through your device settings.

9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Services.
